New To This Forum, From PA

My name is Chris Morales a young entrepreneur from PA. I stumbled across this forum did some cruising around and really like what i see. I hope i can learn a lot from everyone here, as one of the greatest things i have ever heard was "A wise man learns from his mistakes, but an even wiser man learns from everyone else's." And i hope i can help people with everything i know, (which might not be much compared to a lot of the veterans on here, but i will contribute where i can.)

I have started off with purchasing 2 houses. I have a 3rd i just purchases which i am flipping because i got it at SUCH a low price. Otherwise i stay away from flipping. My mindset is long term, hold.

I am looking for a multi-unit now. Am trying to find something in a new emerging main street in my local area. Something with 2-3 units upstairs and possibilities for a bar downstairs. Our area needs an upscale lounge, so i want to open one for 2-3 nights a week downstairs and have at least 2-3 apartments upstairs.
