Virtual Wholesaling

Hello gang!
My Name is Edgar, I am a RE investor from Dallas, TX.. I recently attended a webinar with Chris Chico "acclaimed Virtual Wholesaling Guru" .I am very interest it in his product but, before paying the $ 997. I would like to hear from someone that is using this product as part of their business.
I want to know if it works as flawlessly and easy as he promises in his presentations. Thanks in advance gang :D

Cris Chico says his investing processes are "virtual" but then he advises to do a lot of non-Internet marketing. Whazzup wid dat?

Google for Duncan Wierman. Better.

True, I've been hearing a lot about this Duncan Wierman guy aka "Mr Real Estate Wizard" Have you use his product "Platinum Virtual Investing and Marketing System" Caitlyn? do you recommend it? I will greatly appreciate any feed back :D

eMart014, it's merely my opinion that of the three most visible VW gurus whom I compared and contrasted, it appears that Duncan Wierman's is the most comprehensive. That much I can figure out without having any actual experience with results.

I'm building his system now; about half way through the steps. I work on it a little bit every day.

I'm not opposed to paying for more education, I do it all the time, regardless of the price.
I ask myself, if I pay $997 will I get at least a few nuggets that will make me 2-3 or 10x's the amount. I haven't taken Chico's course yet, but I plan on it soon.
I'm sure I can take that 'investment' of $997 and take at least 1 nugget from it.

If your concerned, try to find someone here on the board that will help you do a deal or 2, split the profits with him/her and everyone's happy.

How is it supposed to work? If your not their to close the deal isn't there a bigger risk of the deal falling apart? And how do you verify property information such the repairs that are needed? Is it a good Idea to get an appraiser to look at it? And what if the sellers are still living in the house after you have assigned the deal to a buyer? How will you know that the seller has moved out of the house and left it in the condition you expect it to be in? And also their are contracts that need to be signed. So does that mean you need everything notarized?

The pages with videos 1,2,3, etc. all have an "order" button at the top of the page. Click it, and it takes you to an order page for his "flip anywhere" course. Same thing as the network membership, but for people who'd rather set things up themselves. $47.
