Hello everyone! I am new to the Mankato area and super excited to start my investing journey here. So far, I'm really enjoying area of southern Minnesota; especially as we slowly transition away from the frozen tundra of winter, into the warm sunny summer months. I love chatting about real estate and making new friends to bounce ideas off of. Hope everyone is well! -Ian
