To Wholesale, Flip or Buy and Hold?

Hello, any feedback would be appreciated.

First BP was a god send when I got started in real estate investing. It was like drinking from a fire hose when starting out, there was so much information and so many different strategies. It was hard to know where to get started... Glad I stuck with it 5 years later I'm in a whole different place in life. Thank you Bigger Pockets.

For me, my biggest hurdle was analyzes paralysis, knowing what my exit strategy was going to be, based on my specific goals... Wholesale, Flip, Buy & Hold... Short Term / Long Term rentals, house hacking, etc.

Curious what others in the community struggled with / currently struggle with in pursuit of their financial freedom?

Thanks!

I don't struggle with anything. It's a slow and steady plod. I would like to see more deals on the market, but it's hard to complain when the last six years were so good to me.
