As title states, I would appreciate if you all could drop your recommendations on real estate agents that you have worked with or know, that are good at their Job in Columbus OH Market. I obviously connected with one one agents from BP community, but want to do more due diligence and talk with others. Would appreciate any leads help.

    Hey Sino, I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio.     Hi Sino, I would love to connect and share some insights about the Comlumbus market. Columbus has experienced so much growth for the past few years, partly due to the influx of tech giants like Intel ($20 billion), Meta, Amazon, and Google building warehouses and data centers in the area, which has contributed to an increase in property prices and more people moving into the city for job opportunities.
