The Best Rental Property Calculator?

I think the BiggerPockets calculator is easy to use and convenient. But $390 a month is too much. Have you guys tried any other calculators out there? Any recommendation? I found this one: https://www.turbotenant.com/landlord-toolbox/rental-property...

The BP calculator works well.  I have my own spreadsheet I use as well that helps me run the numbers and make decisions.  Gives me a chance to compare them and make sure I'm not overlooking something or making any errors.

@Corazon B. I love the BP calculator. I’m a pro member and use it all the time.

I also use the saved results to continue analyzing my portfolio after purchase once the property is in service.

Their calculator has never let me down.

Oops, I meant to say per year not per month 😆 And thanks Scott, for the free trial. I will definitely be trying this out for one whole month along with other rental property calculators out there. BiggerPockets calculator is one of the most convenient so far.

Yes, I have tried other calculators and they weren't great. I found a software program that is fantastic. I'll DM it to you.

I not going to post links here... but a simple google search will pop some alternatives.

I've not used the calculator here and I don't see information on what it covers or what questions it asks or what kinds of results it gives. Scott, I would HIGHLY recommend going some details and running some examples through it so people can make an informed decision on which one to use.

It is nice but I wish they have another pricing option maybe $19.99 per month to those who are not going to use every single feature

The membership is $39 per MONTH, and $390 per year. Not $390 per month.
