Land owner in Waynesville, MO
Just introduced to this forum. I have a 40 acre development property for residential or commercial use. I spent 2.5 years getting all the utilities to the property. With all new utilities being right off the I-44 and exit 153 makes it ideal. Not sure how to find the investor developers who are interested in this area.
