I've done a house hack - Looking to unlock 250K in equity to buy a 4 Plex
Hello peeps, I'm Angel from Massachusetts. I have owned a two family for about 20 years and now it has about 250k or so in equity at this point. So I think I already passed the "house hack phase" Looking to acquire a 4 plex with my equity. My credit is strong, but I'm a newbie. I found Bigger Pockets and have been seeing the success of members. Excited to learn how to get to the next step by successfully purchasing a 4 plex or similar.
