Starting out in the Shenandoah National Park market
Hello all, I am new to RE investing, and I am hoping to start by acquiring a vacation STR in the Shenandoah National Park area. I am looking to connect with investors in the area. Currently in the market selection step, and would like further guidance on the best towns/areas to look for properties as well as general guidance of STR rules/regulations. TIA
