Property managing a short-term rental property.

Hello all! 
I recently worked for a property management company where I was a site manager for a apartment complex. 

Now I'm interested in going out on my own and starting a business. How do I go about it? I received an email from a potential client who has a short-term rental property and they are looking for a property manager and asked what my rates and what I offer would be. I am new to all of this and want to provide a service! Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
