Turning 19 in August, exteremly interested in pursuing this avenue.

I am turning 19 in August, and I'm a father and I really just want to help the general public. I don't even
stay in the Hunstville area, actually farther west in the Florence area. In my experience and witnessing what a 'Landlord' could and could not be, I've learned that some people only do this and try to take advantage of the people they are offering a service to. What
I've come to learn about the real estate business is that it's an amazing opportunity to reach out a helping hand to those in need, and would give me a chance to work for myself doing something I've had in the back of my mind for a long time. I love working with the people of my small little community and witnessing all aspects of life. I work a factory job making $19.9 an hour, 50+ hours a week at times. Immediately after coming out of high school, I went to work and have been making another man's dream come true while I miss out on the
absolute joy that is my family. I am just interested in any advice at all that anyone would have for someone like me that could make clear what seems to be a foggy distant dream of "freedom."
