Hey everyone I've got roughly 60K to invest and I am looking for my first deal preferably in-state in Indiana. I don't have any access to credit but I would like to work on doubling my money in the next year. What would you do with it?

If I were in Indiana, I'd start a turnkey company.  But that's just me.
