    Welcome to BP!  Great to see that you are wanting to kill it in 2016. it is so good to have clear goals. I would challenge you to post them on here, it will help you feel more accountable!

    Thanks Josh D and Donald Cooley. 

       We have huge goals for the distant future! For now we have set a goal to buy, rehab and sell atleast 5 houses also using profits to buy a rental property before the end of the year.
