Sellers agents not responding
My partner and I are looking for our first buy and hold investment property. We are doing the searching ourselves. When we find a property that we think will make sense as far as the numbers I email the agent. Here's where I'm having the problems.
Most of the agents have not been responding. Those that don't answer all my questions. So I email back and crickets.
Is this to be expected? I haven't contacted too many so maybe it's just a bad run.
Is there a legitimate reason they aren't responding?
I know I could call but I figured listing out my questions in an email would be an easier way for them to respond.
