Construction/contractor referrals for Las Vegas and henderson
I just got funds to purchase my first flip property. Im curious as to how you get quotes from contractors.
Do you have a property under contract and then during your due diligence find the contractors to come give bids or is it advantageous to have interviewed a few before hand?
Any referrals in my area will be appreciated!

@Thomas Bouchereau I would start getting some lined up now. You may need to pay people for their time (walking property), but that's just a cost of doing business.
