I’ve been in real estate for over two years and now looking to get into the investing side. I’m looking to shadow an experienced investor or JV with another investor (even a newbie to put our heads together) in Houston, TX. My focus areas are Wholesaling, Seller Finance, and Preforeclosures.

Hi,
This is a great idea starting out. Consider attending local Real Estate Investment meetings and find someone that you're comfortable with. Look for people who have strengths in areas that you are weak in, and vice versa. It's always good to have an individual on your team that's experienced dealing with contractors. Don't jump into anything too fast.
Good luck
