Hello everyone,

I have a motivated seller who is in a tough situation and seems like she just wants to get out of the property and avoid foreclosure. ARV on the property is around 925k and somehow the owner managed to get three separate loans on the property which are all delinquent and total more than the ARV. I would like to help the seller out as well as purchase the property but I am not sure what route is possible with the three different note holders. Any input would be appreciated and I would be happy to expand on some specifics. Thank you!
