I like the Brrrr Strategy the most , simply because that's my history and what i know how to to best. I realize a team is more powerful than individual and am also looking for some guidance.

Hi Kelly,

Start going to weekly Real Estate meet ups in your area.

Have some basic business cards printed up and trade cards with the people you meet there.

Be friendly and make some new business friends and your path should become clearer.
