    @Orlando San you need to talk to someone like @Rob Bergeron. He will definitely point you in the right direction. Also, there is a wealth of information on BP about those topics. You just need to take the time to learn and research on the site.

    @Orlando San congratulations on getting started! BP is the right place to find the info you are looking for. Here are a few things to look into to get your wholesaling business going.

    Finding deals- driving for dollars and targeting lists you like absentee owners.

    Finding cash buyers - meet people at the auction and go to local meet ups.
