Has anyone read any books that they thought to be particularly helpful? I’m pretty familiar with a lot of the bigger hitters, but would love to discover some books with less notoriety.
You said you had read the heavy hitters, so I'll take that as rich dad and Millionaire Real Estate Investor. The most helpful book I've read so far has been Never Split the difference by Chris Voss, not real estate specific, but I applied it to REI as well as my job, and it was huge on my last offer.

@Marcus Auerbach I’ve read The Book On Rental Property Investing, but none of the others. I’ll be certain to check those out. Thanks for the recommendations.
If you're thinking of multifamily - Multi-Family Millions by David Lindahl, Crushing It in Apartments and Commercial Real Estate - Brian Murray, Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing - Michael Blank.
The One Thing is a great suggestion! I'd also recommend The 4 Disciplines of Execution, The Power of Habit, and How to Win Friends and Influence People.
None of these books are related to real estate. However, ALL of these books have lessons that you will apply to your real estate investing career! There's also the added bonus of being able to apply these lessons to every other aspect of your life! :)
@Jared Mann Just started that one; had it on my list for a while!
I'd second it so far. It's not real-estate specific, like Jared said, but the author is a tough sob and it makes you really want to fight for your interests in a lot of situations. Just can't take it too seriously or you'll never close anything
@John Neff I have read a ton of real estate/ investing books, but the ones that really hit home and made an impact were "rich dad poor dad" by Robert Kiyosaki, the BRRR book by bigger pockets, "The Richest Man in Babylon" by George Clayson, "How to make friends and influence people" by Andrew Carnegie, and "Think and grow rich" by Napolean Hill. The first two are obviously real estate related, and the other 3 are more mindset related but absolutely amazing and essential to success!
My favorite book of all time is "From Zero to One" by Paypal co-founder Peter Thiel. It is a business book all entrepreneurs should read. It talks about avoiding competition to win in business. Peter Thiel's concept in this book dictates how I run my company and influences how I develop my products.
The Art of Profitability by Adrian J. Slywotzky is more of a general business book which dives into all different types of profit models. Very informative, well written, succinct, and has an interesting/memorable delivery. Would recommend it for any aspiring entrepreneur
