Private NY Real Estate Investors looking to get into Philly

Hello, 

I am wondering if there are any private investors seeking entry into the Philly market? or if you have experiences working with NY private investors, please share. 

I have recently begun my own real estate LLC in the Philadelphia area after 4 years of working with a full-time investor. I have an experienced team and great knowledge of and contacts in the Philadelphia market. I recently bought and renovated my own live-in flip to the tune of 53% ROI. As I move into this new chapter, any and all guidance or related experiences are welcomed.

I partner almost exclusively with out of area investors to build new construction multifamily projects here in Philadelphia, including a few from NYC in the past. What info would be helpful for you? Are you looking to do the same? What neighborhood is your live-in flip located?
