Disposition/ Marketing For Wholesale

what is the best way to disposition a wholesale deal ? , Im a new wholesaler and just got my first deal under contract !! and I have about 7 days to find a cash buyer , just need a simple template or example on how to market the deal

wow...7 days is not much time. Reach out to your favorite hard moeny lender. They are always looking to fund deals and have clients looking now.

yeah 7 days is not enough time, but I would gather up the property details & get some photos. Once you do all that join the real estate Facebook group for that current city & just post your deal.. Or you can google local companies that buy homes in that area & contact them.
