Hello,

I’m in the Sacramento Area and I’m looking to provide part-time real estate assistance to anyone in need of help. I have 3 years of public housing experience and I also am a beginner in wholesaling.

    I am in newbie, interested in real estate, no license. What would be the best way to get into assisting someone in doing flipping homes?
