How do I cancel Pro Membership?

I've enjoyed the membership but would now like to cancel. I'm not sure how to navigate the site to cancel. I appreciate any help you can offer. I believe my Pro Membership is due to renew next month in March.

I was given the same instructions and those options are not there - I even sent a screenshot of my page to the support people to show them.

I am also tying to cancel my membership effective immediately. However the instructionS is not clear or user friendly.. there's no option for billing and payments or even to simply cancel the membership.  It takes you directly to the strip page which is a third party.  I send an email to email provided,  Let's see how long it takes to cancel the membership.

I did Noah, I reached out on September 2 and again today. My subscription was not cancelled though I was told it would be.

I was told by Bigger Pockets that I could cancel my membership but it renewed annually on September 2, 2023. My credit card company allowed the charge of $390.00 to go through and say because it was a recurring charge that they can do nothing about it now. How do I resolve the charge. I wish I was using your services but have not used it at all!

On top right hand corner you click on your picture -> Then settings -> Then Billing and Payments -> Once again click Billing and Payments you will see Cancel my Membership.
