Just wondering, is there a way to start a group on biggerpockets, that members can subscribe to, it has a main moderator, and tailored to specific subjects?
For instance "Apartment Owners In Atlanta" or "Cheap Rentals That Cash Flow" group?
Biggerpockets is so big, this may already exists. Your help is appreciated!

@Lisa Phillips - There isn't any way to set up groups currently. We formerly had this functionality, but the groups very quickly became little more than areas where spammers could go and pitch/promote their wares. Probably 99% of the groups on site had become completely useless.
I see the same on Facebook, LinkedIn and the other majors -- I'm not sure that there is a solution. If you or others have good ideas, we're happy to listen, but the last thing we want is more of that spammy garbage here on the site.

Lisa, if you have an idea put it out on a forum. That's the beauty of the BP resource, there are plenty of us always ready willing and sometimes able to beat it to death for you! Good ideas are always welcome here.

@Joshua - honestly, I understand. I am on some linkedin and facebook real estate investing group, and no one adds value, they just try to get you to spend money on something their selling. I completely ignore it.
