Got banned from messaging on BP for "spamming", help?

I was trying to make new colleague requests of people who live in Israel, but after about 4 individuals I got the big spam hammer. Probably because I was using the same message..

Didn't know I was spamming.

Two questions:

How can I add many new colleagues, one at a time?

Can I be un-banned from messaging? I won't do that again.

Hey @Ben Bakhshi you are cleared now. Just be sure to change up the message a bit each time and you'll be fine. Just adding a name should do it.

Also don't spam, but I'm sure you weren't. :)

    I have fallen into the same trap. I used the same message to send colleague requests. Can someone please clear my account? A warning not to use the same message might help us newbies.

    I am Having the same problem as well I was simply trying to grow my network I only connected with like 3 people. @Brandon Turner

    Me too!! Yikes!! Just trying to network. I guess the message has to be changed each time. Please admin- unblock me!馃槼

    I got your accounts lifted from the messaging ban. The system's sensitive to spam, make sure to make your messages personal and don't copy/paste them.

    This just happened to me after 4 colleague requests.  I was responded to the suggested list of members in my area. I just sent a request to the admin explaining I wasn't spamming. We'll see how it goes.

    Help please!  I got banned as well. after sending 2 messages to two of my connections, I got banned. Moving foward, I will make sure to alter my messages to avoid getting banned. Thanks
