Greetings,
I'm new here and find a plethora of information to siphon through. To narrow my search a bit, I have some experience in real estate and understand the basics in evaluating a property. My question is in how I might want to rank my studies. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I always really liked the podcasts. When I first discovered the site, I started at episode 1 and worked my way through. You can also set up keywords for certain topics of interest so you're notified by email when there are new discussions about it. Like you could put in "short term rentals" or "York, PA". You can play with the calculators to practice evaluating properties.
