Why not make a directory section?

I think there should be a directory where people can search for what they need. I see people all the time looking for X in _______ area. It would be very nice if we could search for the expertise people on this site possess. Kind of like a yellow pages but just a simple online version. You guys could make it where only pro or plus members could join and maybe make them pay a small "listing" fee so people aren't just making accounts trying to get the free publicity. I would much rather have an investor/accountant do my taxes then a regular accountant. Same with most anything else in this business. Investor friendly is always a plus!

I kind of like the idea of just letting people's experience "speak for itself" thru their participation in the forums. After reading and participating here for awhile it's pretty easy to see who specalizes in certain areas of real estate or related niche. If anyone can pay $ to be listed in the directory it doesn't say much about them except they paid to be in the directory. For example most of us would trust Mike Quarles advice on marketing over some person who doesn't participate in the forums but just paid to be in the directory. Plus you can always ask the forums "do you know a good _____ in _______".
