I can't put to words how much that means to me.  Thank you to everyone who has become a part of the amazing BiggerPockets family. I'm so proud of our staff, moderators and everyone else who has played a role in the success of this incredible community.

Fantastic!  It's been so much fun to watch it grow, and keep getting better.  Now Steve, he might just need to get some permanent, passive income to help him chill out.  Congrats Josh and BP!

    Someone needs to start a Better Politicians website.

    @Joshua D. congratulations and it is great to be part of this movement!

    Also I want to take the opportunity and welcome to BP one of the newest members and my latest referral #251 @Scott Drennan! Scott, you came in the 2nd part of the half a million mark but man if you get plugged in you'll love it here.

    I want to challenge all top referrers (and everybody else) to beat me, let's get to a Million mark by the end of this year! If every member invited just a single person we could be there, I think this is a realistic goal.

    Excellent example of goal setting and prosperity! What you are doing with sharing knowledge to help inspire others and spreading the wealth of your experiences (both the mistakes and successes) with such a widespread audience is amazing! In a field that one would think is so competitive and secretive you've nurtured a network of abundance. This milestone represents hard work but also how mindset matters. Thank you and congratulations!

    WOW, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND MEMBERS !!!!

    500k, investors, flippers,wholesellers,holders,newbies,mangers,attorneys,contractors,agents,brokers,lenders and likeminded individuals.

    Those of which are in the game 3 decades or 3 weeks

    Where else, is someone going to have this many professionals and Go Getters, only a forum post away? wiling to help and give their opinions ? Not to mentions the calculators, free education and literature ,market place, webinars, and of course the PODCAST ! 

    Please allow me to give my sincerest THANK YOU @Joshua D. and BP. It is a honor and privilege to be a part of bigger pockets. I will be around for another 500k members. 

    As i jump into the world of real estate investing and financial freedom, and change the course of my family tree, i expect BP to be around and take the credit for helping me start those steps and help in changing generations to come.
