Bp is where you should be INVOLVED. It leads to good opportunities to increase your real estate knowledge, build relationships ,share your info on areas you invest in, etc. Here are a couple examples.

1. I have a new person that has moved to my area. Over lunch today, we'll meet, chat and determine if we have some common interests and strategies. It is like Christmas morning. You want to know what is in the box. Anticipation. The unknown. That is the way theses meetings are. R M and I will eyeball each other. This would never have happened without BP.

2. Another person from BP is here in FL visiting for a week. R B and I will get together on sunday and compare ideas, notes, etc. This also would've never happened without BP. All the same questions and thoughts exist as with R M above.

3. I have several new potential users of my transactional lending opportunities from interacting here on BP. I'd have never gotten into a partnership with Will Barnard, of Nationwide to help loan these funds out without BP.

If you are not posting and sharing on BP, you're missing the boat and a little stupid,imo. This site offers excellent opportunities for anyone willing to put the time and effort into this. Keep your nose clean, don't screw anyone and DISCLOSE everything. You'll be successful if you want to be.

Please share your benefits obtained from being on here at BP. It may be just the encouragement some posters need to get more involved. Get out of your shell. Most of us are pretty helpful and decent people. Good luck with building your BP relationships. Rich
