PLEASE HELP: Who Do You Use for Hard Money? BiggerPockets Wants to Know!

Hey All -
We just launched a brand new version of our Hard Money Lender directory - http://www.biggerpockets.com/hardmoneylenders - which currently has well over 100 lenders listed in it, and we're still entering new ones that we've got in our database, but we want to be sure that this is the most comprehensive free list of lenders available.

We Need Your Help!

Can you please share with us, the names of any and all hard money lenders that you know or work with so we can add them to our directory?

Please fill out this form on Google Docs for us and include the lenders you know about so we can add them and give them a little visibility, as well as helping your fellow investors out.

Thanks, and don't forget to check out the Hard Money Lenders list here on the site as we continue to update it with new lenders.

NOTE: Please don't leave the names of lenders in the thread below.

    Thanks Brandon - Though I do hope the members will help us on this task. So far we've had two companies submitted. Surely combined, the people who have read this know more than 2 hard money lenders.

    Come on folks -- give us a hand and help your local hard money lender out by sharing them with us so we can get them all set up in our list -- there is no cost for lenders to be added; we want this list to be complete with everyone to help the investors out here.

    Larry K. - There are already 140 lenders in the directory. Those dots are for lenders who want to feature their company there.

    We need to make clear that there are definitely plenty of lenders listed already, it appears....

    For the two in NJ there is no contact information. Just the company names. Is this right?

    That's right -- the companies need to provide us with that information. We will list all companies for free -- they just need to step up and add their correct information.

    @ Joshua Dorkin, I'm using Internet Explorer 8, maybe thats the problem, I don't know apparently no one else is having this issue. I'll try it on Chrome or something.

    The directory works fine in IE8 according to our testing. Can you take a snapshot and email me at josh at biggerpockets - com with a screenshot so I can see what you do?

    There are only 2 dots on the map, but then I click on "browse alphabetically" and it shows all 138 lenders. It might be better to show the "featured lenders" with the large yellow dots and show the other lenders with small red dots for example. Otherwise it makes it look like you only have 2 listings in the directory.

    Dawn A. - That's a good suggestion. We'll make a note to clarify that yellow dots in the next few minutes. As for red dots, not a bad idea -- we'll have to see how it looks in practice -- I don't want the map to be so crowded that you can't see anything else.

    Don Konipol - AWESOME! Thanks for helping out. We have most of those guys, but still haven't completed our daunting data entry task. Much appreciated and thanks for featuring your company in the directory.

    I've also noticed that the text doesn't appear right. (I'm using Windows 7.) Here's a screen shot of what I see:

    The "img" tags expect a JPEG file, with jpg extension; your img link above did not have that.

    Joshua Dorkin sorry for the late reply, but yes what Kyle J. showed is what I was seeing as well. I was able to see it clearly in chrome, however.
