I'm having issues uploading a profile picture. Does it need to be a particular size and format for it to be accepted? I've tried JPG and TIFFs to no avail.

@David Rivera - You are using an outdated browser that our site doesn't support. Please upgrade to a newer version of IE or download Chrome or Firefox. Many other sites have ceased to support that version of IE as well -- you'll get a much better web experience with a modern browser.

When I hit the Profile Image tab, the green "Profile updated successfully" message is already there. I can browse my desktop for the file. When I hit Update, the pointed file disappears from the Browse field but the JPEG doesn't upload.
The browser has enabled active scripting, which is what I understand you're asking.
When you have a moment, would you try again? Once you do and If it still doesn't work email support @ biggerpockets.com with the image you are trying to upload and I'll investigate further.
