Renting Parking Spaces in Residential Properties

Hello, 

My name is Alex and I own a parking spot which is currently occupied to a tenant I trust, however, I'm very new at this and it's hard to find information specifically about owning residential parking spots and renting them out. 

Is there any advise you have, book, podcast or anything that you recommend so I can get more knowledge about the topic? 

I already read The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and it was a fantastic book, however now I'm looking for more specific information about this use case.
