First Timer: Developing a Mobile Home Park, in Outdoor Paradise, White Salmon WA

Posted

I'm a General Contractor in White Salmon and purchased 4 Acre on Jackson Dr, from a local Farmer at the edge of the city. We decided that we can leverage the land the most with setting up a modern mobile home park with high end Park Models and Modular homes 400-600 sqf.

Our mission is to provide affordable, sustainable, and intergenerational living for young adults, couples, and seniors seeking a simpler, connected lifestyle without sacrificing comfort. By blending modern tiny homes with nature-focused amenities, we aim to foster a vibrant, inclusive community where residents thrive socially, economically, and environmentally.

We just installed road and are now working with the County on permits and infrastructure.

Lots to learn and happy to hear feedback from investor and developers of Mobile Home Parks.

We have a project meeting with the county on May 8th where we discuss details. No, it's not approved yet, we are just getting all the details together from all the different department.

We do have power from the city and water from the city which we can access easy and set up transformers and water hook ups, we might have two septic system installed, since the sewer line is further down the road than water and power.

generally speaking most of the time you have to hook to Sewer if its in the city .. not many cities allow septic systems.. on that map your septic drain field does not look near big enough and they will mandate an area that is 100% same size for back up when the original system may fail.
