Hi Steven,

I count at least 5 cats, and they ALL seem to be enjoying the shelves.
Maybe you can get them into PetSmart or one of the other big box pet stores.

Hey Devin,
When my wife and I were first starting out. I was doing RE on the side and school full-time. My wife was as PTA full time and the main provider for our income. When we bought our second property we did not have enough capital to get the property up and running. So my wife picked up another job on night shifts and she work 80 to 90 hours a week. It was a brutal six months but it truly helped us get our real estate journey here in Columbus up and going. I think that if you’re driven enough you can make anything happen. I would look up different side jobs in your area. Maybe there are some on the weekends. If you just do not feel like you can do that and the real estate maybe consider pulling in a partner?

Columbus, Ohio is a great market to invest in. The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here. I do contracting side jobs! It is nice extra money as well as great to continue to be involved with real estate in some way.
