    Yeah, been seeing more of that lately, especially from Zillow/Facebook traffic.

    Most agents don’t realise it’s not just annoying, it actually slows down response time and pollutes your pipeline.

    What’s been working is filtering at the point of entry:
    basic validation (phone/email)
    quick pre-screen questions sent instantly
    only pushing qualified leads into your main pipeline

    Cuts out most of the noise before you even touch it.

    Curious  are these mostly coming from one source or spread across a few?

    @Jay Hinrichs yes, it's a constant battle, 2-3 is not bad, you could have hundreds. Tell your web guy to install reCAPTCHA on your lead forms
