New Member From Washington Looking for Wholesalers

Well, I gotta start somewhere and calling people with bandits signs looking for wholesalers might be the way to go, but I thought I would start here first. I am looking for wholesalers who deal North of Seattle. Like Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek or Snohomish just for flips for now. Just until I can afford some multifamily investment properties, which is what i am really interested in.

Thanks for any help I can get out there.

Well let's see @Melanie Menge does some up north, @Kat Rogers is also up in that area, @Kelsy Soderlund sometimes has stuff up there.  @Aaron Ramm does some work in the north end.  Who else is up there @Richard Rinehart sometimes has deals, and of course the lovely @Lori Valene always has a secret deal to be had.  Best way to meet wholesalers is to get out and network!  REAPS Northend is a good place to meet most of those folks (if you are a REAPS member) or you can hook up with us next week for a meetup in Kirkland.
