Clayton Morris has filed a privacy dispute against James Wise

I gotta say folks, I am really getting tired of Clayton Morris and his non stop attempts to censor all of those who allege that they were financially harmed when they worked with his company Morris Invest. This slimy businessman will stop at nothing to try and shut down the stories of all of those who were in my company's documentary film about the Clayton Morris / Morris Invest allegations. 1st we had the bogus copyright dispute that Clayton Morris filed against me in an effort to pull the trailer of the documentary film my company made about all of those who allege that they were financially harmed when they worked with his company Morris Invest. I won that copyright dispute and the documentary film was re-instated by YouTube. If you are unfamiliar with that whole situation, more information on it can be found here - James Wise Clayton Morris Trailer video Next, after I won the copyright dispute against him, Clayton Morris then filed a copyright lawsuit against me in federal court. That is an ongoing case which has zero legs. It is nothing more than a SLAPP lawsuit filed by his legal team. I can only assume they were thinking that I would simply back down once I received notice of a lawsuit in federal court. If that is the case they were very very wrong in that assessment. Tonight I received notice from YouTube that Clayton Morris has now filed a privacy dispute against my company because of the content in our documentary film about those were allege that they were financially harmed when they worked with Clayton Morris and his company Morris Invest. Pfft...I suppose at this point why shouldn't he try to throw anything and everything at the wall (of course except for making his ~~investor clients~~, oops, "marketing lead referrals", whole like any other honest firm would). After moving the family to Portugal, what does he have to lose? The lack of control in not being able to censor dissension, unlike on all of his marketing and blogs, has got to be stressful for him.

On a positive note, we now have a convenient list of timeline points where Clayton himself is speaking in the documentary.

Hopefully your team can fight this just as swiftly as you did with the copyright nonsense. Maybe just blur out the cell phone :-)

@James Wise I know you are tired of Morris, but it is fair to say he is probably getting tired of you too, haha. Let's be honest, you totally picked this fight. I am not saying the cause isn't a good one, just pointing out the reality that when you punch, be ready for people to punch back.

I am surprised he is fighting instead of staying silent like Bert Whalen. Any good attorney would tell their client to zip it. Bert is getting off easy just because he kept his mouth shut and disappeared.

I watched your documentary. It looks like you put a ton of time into the reporting, so very well done! Very sad stories and it seems clear if Morris wasn't the mastermind, at a minimum he was the unlicensed broker executing the Oceanpointe scam. His "I didn't know" argument doesn't work, because there is proof he did know at some point. Maybe not day one, but even after he became aware, he kept going. Only criticism I have of the documentary is you should have put a little more Holton-Wise advertising in it, haha.

That's a totally fair assessment. I wasn't expecting him not to fight either. It's just the way he goes about it, is so slimy. Whenever anyone puts out anything negative about my company I handle it head on. I address what is being said and I point out my side of the story with accompanying facts. Clayton Morris on the other hand tries to get the issues scrubbed out like they never happened in the 1st place. To think that he is trying to continue operating a real estate sales and investment business with the hopes that his incoming clients will have no idea how much money previous clients allege to have lost investing with him is unconscionable.

keep in mind this is very common with the bigger guru's in the country that get a lot of negative social media .. they have dedicated teams that try to scrub as much of it as they can.. there is a term for it.. cant recall but its a real thing.

I can understand it. At great peril to my liberty I have hacked his daily schedule...

8 am: Wake up in Portugal and be thankful that I achieved my dream of living abroad in a non-extraditable country, Count Money

8-9 am: Chant with Natalie using crystal to overcome any soul challenge, Count Money

9-10 am: Shower, Breakfast, read and delete nasty comments on social media, Count Money

10-noon: Count money, eat lunch (reminder to yell at in-house chef for cooking steak to medium rare vs. rare)

noon-2 pm: Consult with business and legal team on how to keep the plates spinning so I can Count Money

2-4 pm: Film new YouTube video sitting on pile of money (off Screen)

4-4:15 pm: Dodge call from mom asking for bailout for investing in houses, Count Money

4:15-6 pm: Find a way to sue @James Wise, Count Money

6-8 pm: Late dinner, meditation session (For minor "soul issues" that don't rise to level of "Soul Challenges", Count Money

8-10 pm: Read book "Dummies Guide to Hiding Assets", Count Money

You are clearly his 4:15 - 6 pm slot James. One has to stay organized when you are subject to dozens of lawsuits and investigations at the local, state, and federal level.
