YES! I am so into this! My name is Stew and I’m a realtor and investor based in N Portland who has focused on building ADUs, using them a short, mid and long term rentals. However, my strategy is no longer viable and I’m excited to figure out my next moves.
Good initiative, please keep me in the loop. We are investing in commercial real estate, mostly MFH and retail in the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA area. I would appreciate the opportunity to bounce some ideas and thoughts with other commercial real estate investors from the area.

Introductions... I'm relatively new to investing. I've bought and sold 2 properties over the last 10 years and currently own one NNN commercial property with a Partner. We were excited to buy our second in 2023 but the Fed has squashed that enthusiasm. I've been in Portland for 8 years. How about you?

Oh man, It was early when I read this today. I somehow missed the commercial real estate part. I do have some interest in multi family and creative financing, construction financing etc so maybe still could be valuable for me but I don't have much to offer in terms of commercial real estate, all my experience is in residential. Totally understand if I'm not a good fit for this particular group.
I would love to join the RE investor group in Portland as well, please! I grew up in Portland and I have been interested in real estate since before the pandemic. I really want to find more groups and REIAs to be a part of as I go through life. Thank you Corinna in advance for including me in this group!
