Purchased Foreclosed Property at Auction- Owner still lives in property

Hello,

I have purchased a foreclosed property at Auction, and when I went to the house I see that the previous owner is still living there.

Can someone help me as to my next step in terms of informing the previous owner that he must leave the premises.

Thanks!

You could try cash for keys to get the previous owner out.   Otherwise you will have to go through an eviction.
