Mortgage For 6 Unit Apartment

Good Evening BP Friends,

I am somewhat of a newbie so please overlook my ignorance. I have 6 unit rental unit I am researching to possibly purchase in South Carolina. The problem I am running into is obtaining a mortgage for this property because it is over 4 units; has to be a commercial loan. Is it possible to obtain a mortgage / lending for a 6 unit rental without a business / LLC? I have found through research that a DSCR loan is possible for a 6 unit rental for someone who does not have a business / LLC? Does anyone have any experience or advice about a situation like this. I greatly appreciate any advice.
