I'm closing on a 9 unit in Janesville WI in 6 days and I'm interested in exploring the Rockford IL market for my next purchase of 12-36 units.
Therefore I'm looking for an Investor friendly agent in the Rockford area. While it's not mandatory, I'd prefer an agent who also owns multi-family properties.

@Craig Wilcox is a great resource in the Rockford area. He is an investor and an agent and he runs a property management company with his wife. He also runs a local real estate meetup that usually has an event every month - feel free to stop by some time!

I'm out of Naperville, but if no one chimes in I'd be happy to assist. I've done a handful of deals in Rockford over the years. I consider myself an investor first but I do also sell 30M a year retail real estate. I have owned multi in the past however I currently don't have any in my portfolio.

I know one that's been helping my dad find rental properties. My dad has gotten single family homes and multi-family properties using her help. Her name is Latisha Jones, she has her own properties as well. Very nice person
