April Meetup of Winnebago Investor Network (WIN)

Thursday, 4/7/2016 at 6PM

The past meetings have been open discussions.  We are going to put a little structure to it this time and add a primary topic.  Since it is spring, when most people move, let's talk: 

Tenant Screening

  • 6:00 pm - Greetings, Introductions, & Announcements
  • 6:20 pm - Dinner - Salad and Pizza Buffet with soft drinks ($15/person)
  • 6:50 pm - Group questions and discussion on Topic
  • 7:30 pm - Open for individual questions, experiences, tips, suggestions
  • 8:00 pm - Break up for one on one networking

Meet at SAM'S Ristorante, Pizzeria, & Banquet Hall located at 6075 E Riverside Blvd, Rockford, IL 61114. 

* Please post a reply if you are able to make it and any guests coming with you. I need to provide Sam's with a fairly accurate count by Monday night 4/4.

    Unfortunately, I won't be able to make this one... and I may not be able to make any until September or October as my J-O-B is getting in the way again.  I'm on a big project on I-88 between Dixon and Rock Falls, and we'll be working some big hours all summer.  I'll make one if possible, but not likely.  Have fun, and network away!
