Recommendations for Property Management companies- Chicago

With an expanding rental portfolio and next step to focus on Multi-family, it seems to be a better idea to hire a professional Property Management company to mange my rental units. Most of my rental units are in Western suburbs of Chicago and looking for a professional, experienced and reliable property manager to handle that. 

Would appreciate recommendations from experienced BP members/investors.

Will also appreciate any thoughts, suggestions or precautions I should be taking before hiring a property manager.

Don't know of any that are worth recommending, but I can think of a few I would stay away from. 

Interested to hear of any recommendations others provide!
