South Bethlehem, PA - 3 Unit about to hit the market

Good morning all.  My father has been a real estate investor for many years.  He is at a point now where he is looking to move on from some of his properties.  He has a 3 unit property on the 700 block of 4th St. in South Bethlehem that he will be looking to sale in the next 2 to 3 weeks.  All 3 units are currently rented.  One of them is a 15 year tenant.  I'm looking to help him move the property quickly to a cash investor.  Currently no mortgages or liens on the property.  Please let me know if you or a colleague may have interest.  Thanks.
