Hi Jinglei,

Here are 2  books on apartment investing I really enjoyed. I got the audio-book version of both of them.

- Wheelbarrow Profits: How To Create Passive Income, Build Wealth, And Take Control Of Your Destiny Through Multifamily Real Estate Investing - by  Jake Stenziano and @Gino Barbaro

- Crushing It in Apartments and Commercial Real Estate: How a Small Investor Can Make It Big -  by Brian Murray

Brian is also a guest on 2 podcasts here on BP: Shows #212 and #126. Also, check out Gino's  Guest Podcast Show #182, and his amazing blog with lots of great content on multifamily investing.

    Multi-Family Millions by Dave Lindahl is what got me started. I definitely recommend it.

    Good 3rd one would be: The advanced guide to real estate investing by Ken Mcelroy.

    For advanced strategies and creative financing ideas in general for commercial real estate I'd recommend "Confessions of a Real Estate Entrepreneur"  by James Randel

    @Gino Barbaro has a terrific podcast.  I dont have the desire to do what he does, but I listen because I enjoy his insight, outlook, hunger, and mindset.  Those things can be applied to whatever your niche is

    One of Dave Lindahl's books was mentioned earlier, "Multi-family Millions", he also wrote a book, called "Emerging Real Estate Markets", this book provides a research based strategy to consider apartment buildings in growth areas around the country.

    Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book by @Theo Hicks and @Joe Fairless is amazing so far. I haven't finished it yet but it goes into detail more than other books I've read and I'm really learning a lot

     I didn't know @Joe Fairless put out a volume 2! I can't imagine what was left out of Volume 1, but knowing Joe I'm sure it's packed with value.
