Anyone plan on attending any real estate related events in 2021 (virtual or in person)?
I will be attending the Multifamily Investor Nation Summit in January 2021. Great way to start off the year and there are some awesome guest speakers lined up.

Hoping to attend many in person conferences in 2021 馃
@Justin Goodin I too am hoping to attend many in person conferences in 2021. I'm on the fence about attending virtual conferences, but am more inclined to attend in person ones if we're able to resume them. The Multifamily Investor Nation Summit is a great conference, especially for the value, so good job on registering for it.
@Charles Seaman I agree. I prefer the in person conferences. I enjoy traveling to a new city and meeting people in person.
@Marcus Auerbach These can still be great for learning and networking. I definitely do not know everything about this industry, so I am constantly trying to learn new things and hear from experts on what they are doing to be successful in this market. I will let you know how it goes!
@Justin Goodin see you at the MFIN in January as well. I'm also attending Rod K's "bootcamp" in February. Really wishing these were in person, but we'll make the best of what we have in place for now.

I registered for Rod Khleif's bootcamp in February and Hunter Thompson's summit in January. Those are the only two that I currently have on my calendar. I struggle with the idea of spending more that $100 for a virtual conference. I'm looking forward to in-person conferences as well.
I've watched a webinar from Canadian Passive Investing, which talked about the Multifamily Investor Nation Summit. But I've been waiting on the backline and not sure if I should be attending the event.
