10-31 may be coming to a end for bigger investors
Would Imagine someone has already posted about this . I just hopped off a zoom call with my CPA . Biden is enforcing a law To put a stop to the 10-31 exchange if the sale of the property is over 500k .
Something tells me he is just doing this to piss off Trump.
Wanted to here some other Opinions on this

The $500k cap has been proposed, I doubt it will happen - there's just not the political will. Democrats own real estate too!
