Is there a way to see price trends for small multifamily?

I'm curious about the markets near me and how the prices for small 5 - 10 unit properties are trending. Is there a source I can use to see this info?

    That size will probably be mixed between listed on the MLS and brokered by commercial brokers. It's worthwhile to ask a local residential agent to run the closed sales out of the MLS and then ask a commercial broker to run you a Costar report.
