What are your best gift ideas for LPs / investors?

Just finished closing a nice 138 unit deal in Austin with a great group of investors! Was packing some thank you gift boxes last night and thought I would ask the BP crowd what gifts their investors have enjoyed the most. See what I ended up with below.

I don't have specific ideas myself, but if you're going for great, BP had John Ruhlin on EP 475 (https://www.biggerpockets.com/...) and he's all about ways to make gifts special/memorable. For the lower end (which matches my budget right now), his idea was a really nice, personalized luggage tag, which I think you can get for $25-40.

Love this! I was just trying to think of ideas for closing gifts to send to LP's. I was thinking a bottle of wine with a card..but trying to come up with something more creative.

We have done the occasional swag (Nike golf shirts, Underarmor Pullovers, pens, etc) but these are more promotional items from our marketing budget.

We have done gift baskets for larger investors and don't underestimate the power of personalized handwritten notes/cards.

The best "holiday gift" is the returns our investors receive (we are in the midst of 2 sales), but this year I am also thinking of a box of gourmet handmade pretzels dipped in chocolate, caramel and nuts that a small producer in the Philadelphia area makes (keeps with the Penn theme).
